 (1) That you demand NO RACISM and NO SEXISM in science, but ONLY SCIENTIFIC MERIT. 
 (2) That you expect from scientific leader to promote equality of opportunity between any social, ethnic or sex group. And that it doesn't translate necessarily in equality of outcomes. 
 (3) That you disagree with firing somebody for speaking up their thoughts, especially when they are explicitly asked to emit their opinion. The area of political or religious persecution of scientist is over. And therefore, that you support the reinstatement of all victims of the equality of outcome dogma.
