| Description | Marty has lived in Hawai’i for 17 years. He graduated from Tulane University in New Orleans with his law degree (cum laude) and MBA (honors). Born and raised in New York City, he practiced law in Austin, Texas for 10 years prior to moving to Hawai’i. Before he moved back to Honolulu, Marty lived in Hilo for 15 years where he became the first lawyer ever to be certified by the Hawai’i Supreme Court as a Specialist in Consumer Bankruptcy Law. He was also a professor at the University of Hawai’i at Hilo where he taught Business Law. His practice is limited to small business and startup law.
