| Description | Bustimize increases the urban bus routes efficiency by increasing the service regularity. Bustimize is a SaaS platform to help Public Transport Bus companies to increase the service level and improve the operation KPIs. Public bus companies generate a monthly report of their KPI’s that is evaluated by the city hall transport department. One of the main KPI’s is the passenger waiting time, which is directly related to the bus operation efficiency. As more efficient they are customers spend less time waiting. By implementing Bustimize, we accomplish a reduction of the passengers waiting time KPI and besides we expect to have secondary improvements as user satisfaction. The Bustimize platform gets the operational data from the public bus company and analyse it in order to obtain different results. Each result it is accessible only for some users. The main functionalities are: - Feedback app: In this app, bus drivers can see their ranking according to steady driving and punctuality on exit. It will remark areas where repetitively their driving behaviour differs from the rest of drivers so they can improve. - Supervision report: This is a report that can be extracted at any time and shows the driving performance of the different bus drivers. The objective of this report is to help the supervisor selecting which areas of the line and which drivers are necessary to supervise. That way supervisors go straight to the problem instead of just going on every line and with every driver. - Operational insights: The operational insights dashboard it’s a set of metrics and graphs that shows all information regarding the bus routes and drivers that can help the line engineers to schedule the routes.
